Privacy policy

Account details: when you sign up, your email address and name are handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk. You can browse the site, use the templates and the questionnaire without an account.

Your Anthropic API key, if you save one: it is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is stored, and only its last four characters are ever shown back to you.

Workspaces you generate: the CLAUDE.md, the install script and the workspace name are stored against your account so you can open them again.

Payments: if you buy a plan or a profile, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Usage and logs: privacy-friendly page analytics from Vercel (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type), and server logs that include IP addresses for security and rate limiting.

When you generate a workspace from documents, their text is sent to Anthropic's API with your own API key so Claude can extract the structure. We store the generated output, not the documents themselves.

When you link a Notion, Confluence or Google Docs page, we fetch it only to run that generation.

Our connector at aiworkspacebuilder.ai/mcp needs no account. It returns templates, role profile descriptions and a CLAUDE.md assembled from the answers Claude sends it. It does not store those answers or anything else from your conversation, apart from standard server logs.

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Clerk (sign-in), Neon (database), Upstash (rate limiting), Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (document extraction, with your key). We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Account data, saved API keys and workspaces are kept while your account exists. Delete your API key in Settings at any time. To delete your account and everything stored with it, email us and we will do it within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
